Situated underneath a railway bridge, Andy's is a casual diner serving seafood, fried chicken and cold beer in big steins. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing after a day of work and the food was great.

After reading the reviews, we thought we knew what we were in for. The place is lively and has a fun pub like atmosphere. Beer is ice cold. The eel was amazing. The prawns and the scallops were pretty good but not lots of favour. After having amazingly sashimi at the fish market for lunch the day before we felt... More

This is not a posh place but indeed a good " pub restaurant" focused on the great fresh fish from the fish market. Location might seem odd under the railroad tracks, but in Tokyo you will find more places on locations we might find strange. All fish is super, but the King crab is definitely a must! Delicious! Only drawback... More

We visited Tokyo from North America and a local resident said that we had to eat here during our brief stay. We were happy that we did! The food was fantastic and an enjoyable evening was had by all. Andy was even able to accommodate one of our party who is celiac (no gluten). My recommendation is that you give... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by two different people who had lived as expats in Tokyo for many years and we were not disappointed. Definitely worth asking Andy for recommendations on the day as he will guide you to the freshest most delicious dishes. The sashimi and nigiri was beautiful and our 9 year old ate so much he... Recently renovated but consistent with the old Andy's. great food, drinks, atmosphere and value. We had the gyoza chicken wings, sushi, tempura, karate chicken, draft beer, sake, plum wine...all awesome. Thanks Andy and team.

Have been here a few times and the food was excellent every time. There are two floors, upstairs is pretty nice with lounges. Downstairs is more like your average izakaya with cheap tables and stools. If you are planning to go there I advise you book ahead as it gets packed out.

I recently ate at this place - the food was great! It is a locals place which makes it all the better. If you're in the area, I'd suggest giving it a try. Cheers!

Totally fun and relaxing, with great food and an unusual location - rounded roof, just below the subway (you can hear the trains rumbling overhead). We understand that Andy (a Brit) is one of the very few foreigners who has a restaurant license in Tokyo. Wonderful seafood and a great atmosphere. We were a party of 7 and Andy and... More
