Despite the restaurant is located at the CBD, prices were extremely reasonable and economical in terms of the high quality and good presentation of meal served. Services were friendly and agreeable with warm smiles on faces always. We walked to the Tokyo Imperial Palace enjoying the panoramic Ishibashi Bridge after a richfully meal.

The family received excellent service and although the restaurant was well visited by locals, we found a table the two nights we went here. For a foreigner, the semi-private room surrounded by other rooms wth business people, couples and companies of friends, provided the perfect setting for a Japanese restaurant experience. We had excellent sukiyaki, hibiki-marinated pork, sashimi and other... More

The concierge at the Aman suggested Hibiki when I asked about a casual place to get a steak for my wife and sashimi for the rest of us. We also wanted to stretch our legs a bit after a long trip. Hibiki was perfect--the service was great despite being packed on a Friday night and filled with "Salarymen" letting off... More

This was a traditional style Japanese lunch, with raw fish and meat, served with soup and sticky rice. The food was tasty and served on a tray at the table. We were part of a coach party so everything was ready.

On our first night staying in the area we visited this restaurant. The menu wasn't very large, we had a chicken and a duck main each with some rice and the restaurant also provided a complementary Japanese entree (as well as a tea at the end of the meal). The food took a little longer than we expected (there were... More

We had dinner with a local friend and we were the only to non Japanese in the restaurant, so you know if is definitely appreciated by the locals. Nice and very spacious room, with the kitchen in full view. The menu (also available in English) has a pretty large choice and so can rely cater to many different tastes. Everything... More

I had dinner with 6 colleagues, both locals and gaijin, on a Thursday night. The interior is stylish without being stuffy and there was a nice casual atmosphere all around. We had sashimi, omelets, tofu, grilled chicken, and a salad. All food was tasty. Being owned by the brewery, they only sell excellent Suntory beer and Hibiki whiskey. We also... More

They served genuine Japanese food -- vegetables, raw and cooked fish, tofu, tempura and beef. The food are presented like an art work. And it tastes fantastic. The ambiance is really nice. You can enjoy talking and laughing while the food is being prepared and served. We spent more then 3 hours in a very vibrant condition. Its really worthwhile... More

I'll start with stating that the location is nice, the staff friendly and the interior design also pleasing to the eye. The wine selection is poor, but has the essentials. The food however, is not really overhelming, considering that the place is not your standard "izakaya". They serve of course Japanese dishes, with a somehow "nature" theme in it, including... More

I went there for a dinner as part of a large groups. We were seated in a separate room for private parties and the room could hold up to eight people comfortably although there were only six of us. Our local hosts ordered a number of different items and they were presented in different rounds. It reminded me of the... More
