Description
Hostaria typical Tuscan-Ligurian housed in a medieval structure. The vaulted ceiling of red brick and uneven walls create a particularly warm and friendly atmosphere. The presence of a corner dedicated exclusively to special platters of cold cuts and cheeses with the presence of manual slicer back in time ... !!! The simple and refined dishes of the old grandmother's recipes create the "trademark" ...... fried frogs, stewed snails, wild boar and white, 7 of boiled cuts with sauces and mustards, made pasta home and porridge made with flour Trischetto filmed for 8 hours ...... All it complemented by the presence of an enviable wine cellar and in particular within the reach of anyone !!
