Impressed by the menu exposed outdoors, the Trip Advisor Awards and by the good live music, we walked in. Ordered ceviche. Not available. Ordered oysters. Not available. Asked for the options. Any good choice (for me at that moment). Maybe it was only bad luck,...I intend to come back one more time and give it a chance.More

The ambient is very nice, well trained and polite people and good life music. Very big selection of beers, although I was hopping for a chopp, and well presented menu. The food was a little bit of a deception. The lula a dore was good...but the main course the retorno do Embaú was a big surprise . The description of the plate let one imagine a completely different thing. The pieces of fish were dry under a kind of greasy thick coconut béchamel sauce, the aipim were hard and there was pieces of banana served with it. It was a big deception.More

So i ordered the "retorno ao peabirú" and it was freakin delicious. I dont eat milk (plant based eater besides fish) and this is a coconut based, grilled fish dish. It was 118 reals for two and included salad. A bit high, but fair for...the location and tourist town. The portion a bit on the could have been bigger side but was really dang good. Right on beach but the veiw is a bit obscured. So far, best food in town. @jd_dorfmanMore

We where overly surprised to find such a good high quality restaurant in a touristic hotspot like Guarda do Embau. Organic salads and juices, huge range of German and English style beers made in Brazil. We've been to a few places here but nothing to...compare. And of course good serviceMore
