Though in the tiny town of Milo, this is a destination for the whole region as far away as Catania. A great restaurant with hands on service and owners who care. Terrific winelist and lots of local specialties of vegetables and meats. They were having a wild kohlrabi festival when I visited. A special place.

For such a reputation this was a disappointment. With the special recommendation of osteria Italiana we had very high expectations. But we will not be going back. Not particularly bad, but certainly not great as we were led to believe.

We had very high expectations. These were not met. The tagliatelle with truffle were bland and greasy, and the artichoke simularly unexciting. Atmosphere and service were fine, but we just got the feeling that there was too much emphasis on the reputation, and not enough on the real food. As the Texans say: " big hat, no cattle".

We have been to this place a few times now and have enjoyed it both times!! The food is rustic and based on local ingredients. The place is quirky and cosy. A great place to try out some typical and tasty Italian dishes! We'll be back...!! :)

Get the stinco, which is pork knuckle, served with roast potatoes- it is to die for. Wash it down with some local wine. Regret your gluttony for about a minute, say you'll never eat again, get another glass of local wine and come back for more. But make sure to book ahead, especially in the summer months - this place... More

We have visited 4 Archi for dinner on New Year's Day. The food was excellent especially the fresh pasta with white rabbit ragu. As a main course we had the talgliata di vitelo which also was very good. The service was ok but a bit slow especially to take our orders. Recommended to try.

The staff doesn't know English and the menu is only in Italian. We asked for recommendations of meat, spaghetti and wine. None of them were tasty. Although this is a small town we think they can improve the quality of the food. Cost for two with a bottle of wine and dessert Was 60€, a bit expensive and overall disappointing.

I made a wrong turn and stopped in front of this place to turn back. Figured... ok let's eat here. As we went in (7pm) the staff explained in Italian that something will happen at 8pm. We said OK no problem. Later we figured out they told us that the place will open at 8pm :) We ordered random items... More

The devil is in the details! - on your plate, in the kitchen, in the fresh ingredients for the best taste and quality... Unique odds and ends all around in the restaurant, and nice stuff... First time you feel welcomed, second time just as if you return home. This place has a soul!
