Crafers hotel has a great food reputation and as a destination from Adelaide it is very close. We chose to stay overnight, encouraged by pictures of rooms on the hotel website. I didn't even know they did accommodation, but there are 7 lovely rooms with...More

Very disappointed! My wife’s Bouillabaisse had mussel SHELLS but no mussels while my Prawn & Barramundi Curry had prawns but any barra was negligible. Expensive for such lack of ‘quality’ (ingredients?) and quantity. Will not return, do not recommend.

Was meaning to try this place for a while. Really nice. Tasteful high quality fit out, big wine cellar, and simple but well put together menu. Had Bouillabaisse was very tasty and well presented. Service friendly too and busy for a Sunday night. Recommend

The food has a good quality but the portion is very small, you will not get full with ordering one meal! We ordered cheese for 2 and we got only 4 pieces of crackers and 2 pieces of cheese half apple sliced and 1 strawberry...More

I'd actually put the Crafers at 4.5. Beautifully restored, professional staff, good wine list and great food. Do you need more to visit? The barramundi was large and perfectly cooked while my pork was divine. The only quibble would be the asparagus served that night...More

This restaurant does it all. Fine wine list and knowledgeable staff, attentive and friendly wait staff, great chef, wonderful menu and comfortable atmosphere. Can't fault it.

After such a wonderful experience last year, we came over from Sydney to stay and dine again. Our meals were exceptional. After some very tasty Coffin Bay oysters, I had a tuna salad then duck a'laronge which was perfectly cooked with a nice salad accompaniment....More

Only a couple of months ago we dropped in and enjoyed a drink. The atmosphere was inviting last time, so we headed back there for lunch. For a wet Wednesday it was surprising how many people were there for lunch. Our lunch started with the...More

Hon Duncan, just smart casual is nice for our dining rooms. We have a front bar where we don't mind tanks and thongs, but our dining room is a little more sophisticated. Thanks and hope to see you! Cheers Julie peter

Beautifully renovated Aussie pub with a French bistro influence. Casual dining with one of South Australia's best wine cellars.
