We visited as part of a tour group of 11 at the end of a 15-day visit to North Chile, Santiago and Easter Island. The menu was slightly more adventurous than most of the plain fare generally offered in Chile. Great view from the balcony of the sea and the moai. Local dance show right next door but, based on... We ate here on a Sunday evening with Australian friends. The four of us all had different meals - all of which were very good. Try to get a table on the balcony as the view across to the sea is very good.

My husband and I visited Au Bout du Monde (run by a Belgian lady) on two separate occasions on Sunday 2 April, 2017. The first time we dropped in for a cold drink and ended up trying a dessert. While my husband enjoyed a cold beer and chocolate mousse I indulged in a Pisco Sour and ice cream. We both... More

We had a special dinner here provided by Explora guest relation manager, Belen, as part of an extended stay on the island when the Explora property itself was closed so I'm sure our experience was not "typical". But I don't see any reason why others couldn't have the same thing by advance arrangement. We had fresh lobster by arrangement and... More

Surprised by the number of positive reviews here. This was only average for us. Food is an odd mix of Belgian, Rapa Nui and what they call Polynesian. A reasonable size of menus and reasonable portions. But food was only just warm when it came- so not sure if it was ready-made in part. Curry was very wimpy and super... More

This was our first stop once we landed and settled in the hotel and rented a car... We went for a late lunch or early dinner... and we did not go wrong, Great Piscos sours and the food was as good, we had the ribs in a special sauce and crispy shrimps. We went back to our farewell dinner and... More

the food and service were excellent. Ate here 3 times for dinner and always had a good experience. This is a two story restaurant. The street level is all indoor seating but the upstairs is a terrace with a nice view of the coastline. Most people eat after 7:30 so if you get there around 7-7:30 there wont be a... More
