We found this restaurant by accident, and it was amazing. There is an indoor area, and an outdoor area on the rooftop, and we sat on the roof with a beautiful view of the bay. The food was so tasty, the starter we shared, the fish, the panna cotta dessert, and the white house wine was very very good. It's... More

I visited with 6 friends on a Saturday night. We had booked and they accommodated our request to sit nearer the fantastic views. Food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to provide dishes to a friend with specific dietary req's. Aside from the food, the other reason to go here is the numerous hot, male waiters.... More

Good seafood place. My partner had the tuna and I had a nice big steak. Worth a visit and tends to be open a bit later when many places have closed. Awesome views in the daytime.

Having visited Fuerteventura many times we kept saying we would have dinner in El Cotillo. The Vaca Azul was truly so good for your soul! You actually feel you are sitting in the Atlantic! The decor and ambience is beautiful! Staff were so pleasant and helpful! Huge portions! I had the seafood soup and seafood salad! My husband had gazpacho... More

We had the dinner the first night in El Cotillo! We ate on the rooftop, with the view of the ocean.. Simply amazing! We ordered cheese as starter and then Paella and Sangria! Everything delicious! The size of the Paella was really big! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

A Spanish friend of mine recommended this restaurant to us and although we were staying on the other side of Fuerteventura we planned in a visit whilst touring the island. We are really glad we did. The setting is stunning. There was a busker (if that is the correct description) playing some nice chilled out tunes on the beach near... More

Excellant throughout.lovely balcony views with relaxed service and helpful staff.very knowledgable in respect of wine with the help of 'tablet' information. Setting once more slightly tainted by allowance in fueteventura of no control over smokers during meal.goat stew extra special ,plentiful and enjoyable. Drinks perfect although partner didnot enjoy her calamari as much as she could have. Manager very attentive... More

Have visited several restaurants during our stay but this proved the highlight. Booked for the terrace aiming to see sunset and were given excellent table. Very friendly greeting with excellent and informative service throughout. The meal was perfect. We took advice and shared several starters - all very good but fried cheese was the star. Then had fish of the... More

We had lots of dishes which were all fresh and well presented. We sat outside in the small terrace and enjoyed the sea view. The salads were crisp and full of tasty olives. We had the fried sea food which was fresh and so tasty! It is worth a bus ride to El Cotillo just for lunch here!

Boy, was this a lucky find! Came across La Vaca Azul on a day trip to Cotillo. Excellent menu choices, great service, wonderful food (try the local goat stew) and a superb view of the bay and out to sea.
