Mixed tapas starter followed by nicely cooked steak and chips for €25 a head. Authentic rustics furniture on street front location. Would go there again.

We found this lovely small friendly restaurant last year and decided to visit again. As soon as we walked in the owner recognised us which was lovely. We went twice and food was as good as ever mustard steak and pasta . Rump steak second time for both of us. We weren't going to have a sweet but discovered it... More

I had ordered the steak and mustard sauce which was served with chips only which was a little bland, my wife had squid which was quite tough, the service was good all in all average,

Most people refer to this place as Natalie's (one of the owners). Food and service was fabulous as always. Can't wait to visit again!

I'm surprised others found the atmosphere here pleasant. The room had a lacklustre feel and the staff did not try to engage with customers. I tried to order a chicken dish and was told there was none left [ long before 8pm] so ordered hake instead. The fish was dry and uninspiring and we both agreed it was the least... More

This restaurant only opens in the evenings and this was our first chance to visit as we were staying in El Cotillo not just a day trip. Food is all freshly cooked and there is usually a 'special' dish on besides the menu. If busy make allowances and enjoy the atmosphere.

We popped into this seemingly popular place for dinner, and ordered the paella for two (with a preparation time of 20mn on the menu). The seafood paella was of good quality, two major points to highlight however: - the food came in 40mn after ordering, instead of 20mn advertised. - the bill included a "mystery" surcharge of 5 euros for... This small restaurant is tucked away near the harbour. There are some benches outside on the road, and a small seating area inside. The food is unpretentious and delicious. We went for the steaks and they were excellent, fillet big on with mushrooms sauce, and rump with Roquefort cheese. Both excellent. Really friendly staff, and the best value of the... More

Whilst in El cotillo we visited several bars and restaurants and this was the best steaks in the village. Simple menu, simple restaurant but lovely steak.

We've eaten here three or four times with pretty much the same experience: the steaks are extremely good but there is always quite a wait to be served because the place seems to be understaffed. If you have an evening free and a good crowd of friends to make conversation, this isn't a problem, and the atmosphere is generally very... More
