The service and food were lovely. The long Apron has romantic ambiance with elegant touches. It is on the more expensive side but great if you want to enjoy 3-5 courses. The staff go that little bit extra to ensure you have a nice experience....Very attentive.More

Disappointing. Gorgeous venue. However I can only best describe it as pretentious and overpriced. When your food is microscopic and the price is high, the quality HAS to back it up. Not question if it was really Sarah Lee cheesecake and Weis’ ice cream because...it was so weirdly the same. And 2 small spoons of cheesecake substance, 4 x 1 cm cubes of crunchy rhubarb spaced on a large flat plate, does not a cheesecake make. But the fish was the size of 3 stacked fish fingers and gelatinous and undercooked. The wagu was raw and lukewarm.. when I asked for it to be cooked further, I lost my kipfler potatoes in the re-plating. The bill with no alcohol was nearly $400 for lunch for 3 people for mains and desserts- we had been overcharged by $80 when we viewed the bill. And when should sparkling water be splashed from a carafe ..? $16 for the pleasure.. I dunno.. it was just … disappointingMore

Upon booking the dinner, bed and breakfast package I was sent an email confirmation with an extra note saying they had the birthday on record from when we visited some years ago, and looked forward to our visit. The food here is excellent, first class,...exciting, and tasteful, as is the service. We selected the souffle, lamb rump/market fish (barramundi) and the almond dacquoise/creme brulee for our 3 options. Each course was absolutely delightful, both in presentation and flavor combinations. The breakfast next morning was equally delightful - the coffee, fruit and granola to begin with followed by the omelette and more coffee made for a lazy relaxing morning on the Terrace. All the staff knew that it was a birthday we were celebrating, and the little extra surprises that kept popping up put the icing on the cake. This is a top class place to visit - well worth the drive and great value for money for any special occasion.More

Celebrated my wife's birthday. Staff made us feel special. Excellent service. We chose the three course menu @ $95 per person. Meals aren't large, but the cost goes into the preparation and the amazing flavors - refined and sophisticated. Beautifully presented. With a plate of...twice cooked (in duck fat) potatoes, the three courses were just right. Superb evening. We intend returning and now know of a great present for our adult children and their partners for special occasions.More

Loved it. 😍 I believe we did the 5 course degustation on New Years Eve. It was a dining experience to remember, and I don't say that often. My taste buds loved it.
