Booked for the Sat night. Tried the beer paddle that gave a good sampler. All beers were tasty and nice. Meals good and more than adequate. Was outside and the massive marquee kept the Summer downpour off us. Thanks for a great meal.

Lovely setting. Small meals for the price. Meals were tasty. But everything a tad exxy. Maybe that’s just Montville. That said. Lovely service. Great location.

We have been here before and decided to come back as the Angus beef burger and beer was highly rated. We were not disappointed! We had two burgers and the pale ale and wheat beer. Great service, and the food and beer was excellent. Husband...said the best burger he has had, which is a big rap! The rest of the menu looked good too, although the decor outside is a bit quirky!! Fantastic casual dining which is also dog friendly. When you’re in Montville make sure to check it out!More

On our 3-day visit we visited twice and were just as “wowed” both times. Best cheeseburger ever had (served only at lunch), perfectly cooked and delicious rump steak, with thick cut chips to die for. The Black Jack stout beer made on-site, by the chef,...is as good as that Irish one...More

One of the best dinners we’ve had for a while. We shared the pork duo and The ratatouille cannelloni. The attention to detail and the flavours were exquisite. For dessert, we finished with a delicious creme brûlée and a spring panna cota. We sat outside...on the verandah and the whole evening was simply delightful. The service was professional and friendly. We hope to return here the next time we are in Montville.More

Stopped in here for a late lunch (around 3ish). We were thrilled that the kitchen was still open at that time, after finding that many other cafes in the area had shut for the day. We ordered the soup of the day (roasted tomato), spicy...chicken wings, and fries. The soup was delicious and full of flavour - perfect for me as it was a rainy day and I was cold. The bread that came with the soup was lightly grilled (a nice touch), which made it even more tasty. My husband demolished the chicken wings; he especially liked the sweet chilli sauce it came with. Service was good as well. Would definitely stop in again!More

We visited here on Thursday night for our wedding anniversary. We had a beautiful table on the Verandah. The building is absolutely beautiful. The woman who took our order( apologies for not catching your name) was fantastic and so friendly. We both had steak which...was cooked perfectly. My husband has the cheesecake and I had the crumble. They were amazing. We were incredibly impressed and can’t wait to come back.More

Get meals at reasonable price. The best was the local brewed Stout. I have drunk Guiness at the brewery in Dublin and this was probably better.
