Good for a post cycle beer (or 2!). Good lively atmosphere here with everybody on a high after cycle. Sports shown on TV so you can catch-up on anything missed. Food fine as well to fill a gap

Palms bar is the most friendly place you could want to find. They love us cyclists and we love them, also great snacks served throughout the day and always some sport on the four big screens. Prices are spot-on to!

Haven't eaten here but staff are friendly and very efficient, even when bar is full which it often is.

Not sure how this place got 4.5 rating. Food very poor and they charge more for beer etc than most other restaurants in the area. Place a bit shabby. Would give a miss as much better bars/restaurants in the area.

Brian and Tracey are fantastic hosts and relly know how to make you feel welcome. A real Mecca for cyclist with almost a hundred club cycling jerseys donated to the bar. Big screens showing a variety of sports.

Smashing bar showing all manor of sports and with a good selection of food at reasonable prices. Brian looked after us all and is great with the kids, hope to come back soon.
