Accidentally found some food on the road and I'm glad I did. Great menu and deserts. Nice view with a fun history, beautiful building and very delicious food, I was delightfully surprised.

As you can see from the previous reviews, the wedding here a few weeks ago was amazing. The setting was beautiful, made even more so by the fantastic weather. The buffet selection was amazing, we're still all raving about it weeks after. We all had...More
I attended a family wedding in a marquee here last weekend and I was so amazed and impressed at the organisation, friendliness of staff, really delicious food (which managed to do a good job catering for vegetarians, kids and carnivores).. The venue was lovely and...More

At wedding at cassidys this weekend , 200 guests received the most warm welcome from robert michelle and their smiling courteous efficient staff. On arrival we were greeted to group playing tradional irish music .and lots of tasty finger food (those crab tarlets were so...More
I can only respond by saying "the pleasure was all ours", and it was. It is very easy to smile when you are dealing with pleasant people and it was lovely to meet such a large group of people so cheerful and relaxed Thank you...More
Great variety, food and prices. Portions on the big side for kids, hard to tell if they've eaten enough because the plate still looks full, smaller plates would be better. Prevent childhood obesity and all that... Under €40 for family of 4. Full bellies, thank...More
We are delighted you enjoyed your food and thank you very much for your comments. We do try to make it affordable, we have a large family ourselves and are quite familiar with that "empty pockets" feeling after a family visit to a restaurant. We...More
We were staying Clare's Rock Hostel just down the road and stopped in here to hear the entertainment and have a drink. It was awesome. Definitely recommend if you are out in the Burrens.
Thanks for the visit,

Our son stumbled on this restaurant during one of his driving adventures and he convinced us to meet him and his family there for dinner. It was a great choice. The food was excellent and the service was the best. It is located on a...More
Thanks for your comments and we're glad you enjoyed it. Any time our son stumbles on a new place during a driving adventure it ends up costing us money too !!!!
The waitress, though friendly, was wearing a stained teashirt and trousers, which was a bit off-putting. The goats cheese starter looked like custard and tasted of nothing and the filo pastry was soft!! The steak main course was flavourless with onion rings which were mostly...More
I was going to respond, but having looked at your other reviews, I won't even bother. Have a nice day (if there is such a thing)
