Delicious lunch with a friend. Fresh, tasty, varied choices. Will be back! Recommend the sparkling ginger soft drink.

Popped in for a coffee and cake. Nice warm cosy atmosphere. Had a great tasting cappuccino and nice piece of Nutty carrot cake. What's not to like.

I love my little deli down the road, I don't know what I would do without it. To have such a place who sells organic food from a local organic farm and organic suppliers, great coffee, cakes made locally by a fellow Penryn baker, the BEST salads and lots more! The staff are the most welcoming, loveliest people I know... More

Wandered from Falmouth to Penryn for a look around and spotted this little delicatessen. Really very impressed with our houmous and falafel plate and cheese plate, really well presented, wholesome fresh food and at really great value prices. Gluten free options too, such a refreshing change from pasty and bakery options in Falmouth.

We only stopped in here for a coffee, so I can't comment on the food but it looked delicious, the coffee and hot chocolate was lovely and there was such a nice chilled out vibe here too 😊

I've had coffee here on a previous visit and decided to have lunch here whilst I was in the area. The staff are some of the friendliest I've ever met. The build your own sandwiches are great with lots of options and different from the norm using fresh local produce. It is probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever... More

I love this little deli. It's a real hub for Penryn. They serve great coffee, freshly made sandwiches and a nice selection of pastries. The atmosphere is great, very relaxed and staff are always super friendly! Also has a wonderful selection of organic dried and fresh products.

Having failed to find anywhere open at our last port of call we thought we'd try Penryn before going onto our B and B in Helston. This cafe gave us a lovely pot of tea and it was served with a smile. There was also free wifi.

Came here a few times as we were waiting for our wifi to be sorted out - nice coffee, friendly service, a selection of tasty cakes, a good place to go to curl up and read or get some work done! :)
