Jesus and Javier are taking care of this restaurant for more than 20 years. If you are a red meat lover this is your place. But even you are not you will be surprise for the quality of the pots, vegetables, mushrooms, fish and make a room for desert . The wine menú is spectacular. It's pretty good overall, the food is good quality and the staff is super nice, but we've been disappointed a bit, it's not one of the best places at food and local level and they have very high prices. First we ordered croquettes that are absolutely delicious and second my partner ordered chop, it was better for the part towards the bone, more tender, and I ordered sirloin with P.X. reduction and yes, it was good, but not to pay for the 36€. For dessert we ordered cheesecake and chocolate leaves, very unremarkable. They have a problem that is quite uncomfortable in the premises: when a table has stone for meat it fills the room with smoke and is quite uncomfortable.

A very spacious and at the same time cozy place with close and cordial treatment. The food from the first dish to the last “excellent”. You can't miss the beef carpaccio with foie. And the beef is a delight, you give it the point, the flavor is already given by the excellence of its meat. No wonder everybody praises the place

The place is known for their ox meat thin cuts that one makes to each taste on a hot stone plate that is put on the table and changed every so often by the waiter when it loses the heat. The service is excellent with highly attentive and professional staff. The atmosphere is superb except it can get quite some filled if you sit surrounded by other table that are in the same process as one cooking the meat on the stone plates. Highly recommended and worth the drive to get there!!

I ate a solomillo de buey here the other night and it was perfect. I had eaten one in the Jose Maria restaurant in Segoiva the night before and this was far superior. I have eaten here on many occasions over the years and the quality has never dropped. The owner is obviously proud of his establishment and deserves to be. Everything was done properly even down to the glasses which shone they were so clean. 10/10

This is a unique place where servicing 15-20 years old ox red meat at a very special way: The waiter put the raw meat and a very hot ceramic plate in the table, and you can make your meat, rare, medium or well done... Espectacular. The other dishes also are excelent.

This place is famous for it top quality wafer thin beef that you cook yourself at the table. The lunch "menu" is very good value and is hugely popular. At busy times you may have to wait at the bar until a table is free. Great atmosphere at the bar and suberb food
