This place is just fantastic! The staff are really polite and passionate about what they do and the food is high quality. The restaurant is extremely clean and comfortable also. They have a 20 euro dinner menu which is extremely good value - I recommend the migas and the duck....and all the desserts are brilliant! We now come here every... More

We were part a large group but the staff coped very well and we didn't have to wait too long for any of the courses. We were there in the walking season as opposed to the skiing season. We all went for the menu of the day which had 3 options for each course. Price é21. The food was good... More

A group of us turned up at this large restaurant in Panticosa midweek without a booking. Having had a busy and tiring day I thought that it would take us ages to get seen to, orders taken etc especially as some of our group were going for the 3-course option. However service was quick and the food was excellent. Beautiful... More

While this place seems popular with the locals, the food we were served was extremely poor. The confit of duck was out of a tin, the pork loin was leathery and the other pork dish turned out to be gelationous gristle from pigs trotters. While the magnums of rioja at €25 were quite palatable, the rest was very poor.

Sat out on the terrace and before we had git going the owner brought 4 wines for us to choose from was really helpful advising us on the order for food recommending which to have first and making very helpful suggestions. Jamon Iberica was fantastic. An unusual texture and very light. All good loved the evening.

We went to this restaurant because of good opinions in differents webs. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty and the attentions were superb in a great atmosphere, wall-stones, well decorated, a cave inside as a room for groups... but we ordered ibérico ham and the ham was showed in a big slices and less quality than expected, one... Went to the Ripera restaurant on 5 September 2012. We had the 3 course menu and it was the worst meal I have ever had, ever. First course was pate in pastry. It was inedible. While trying to eat it I looked across at my wife who was gagging on her fish soup. Second course was duck in a port... More
