However a very helpful lady brought the cakes back out and served us with our requirements, very tasty and sat outside in the sun it was a nice end to a busy day. The service... More

We only grabbed a coffee and cake, but it was very good by Australian standards which we have had a lot of burnt and the cafe had a range of delicious treats ready to go. Great location and atmosphere , free wifi also

Our lunch was OK but it was like the menu was stuck in the 1990s. All the cakes/slices in the cabinet were retakes on other cakes/slices in the cabinet. The staff was nice

A lovely little resting place after a Christmas Eve walk along the waterfront. Lovely food and quite inexpensive considering the remoteness of the Glenorchy. We sat outside in glorious sunshine. Check it out

We orderd their chicken burrito, and two other meals. Food was cold in the core. 3 out of 5 of felt sick aftrr ward. My daughter had food poisoning and vomiting within an hour. Suggest turn around and go back to Queens town for your meal ss it is only an hour away.

Popped in for a quick lunch and all meals were tasty and pleasantly presented. Unfortunately, the quiche cup arrived a bit cool but it was quickly wisked away and reheated.

Lovely restaurant and people. We ordered the beef burger with slaw. It came without the slaw just a burger on a big plate! It needed the slaw! The burger was nice but a bit on the small side. We probably should have asked for the slaw, maybe they ran out but no explanation was given. Coffee was good but took... More

After a days hike we were famished Andy was recommended that we have dinner at the Lodge Glenorchy. We were NOT disappointed. The staff was professional yet personable and humorous. The meal was excellent and substantial and the ambience lovely. Just what we were looking for!

I went in for a hot chocolate, It was hot but it was very insipid and habitat barely seen any chocolate. I asked what the cakes were and was told the one was walnut and caramel, yes there were plenty of walnuts but it was apple. It was pleasant but the staff should know what grey are selling as there...
