I traveled two and a half hours on the Shinkansen, then on the Metro and then the Monorail to get to this place...needless to say, I was not disappointed! The food was lovely - not your usual KFC fare but it was delicious and included...a potato bake, chicken nuggets, omelet, chicken curry, breads, salads, lots of cakes and desserts. Pepsi and Suntory drinks are available from the drinking tower. The staff were courteous and polite. A bone bowl is provided as is a basket for your bags. I would definitely try to come here again if I were to visit Japan.More

Came in at 2pm on a Sunday. Despite it being an American restaurant with the history of KFC in English on the walls. It was however not an English friendly oriented KFC. Everything was in Japanese and the staff tried but couldn’t speak much English...either, so if you were to visit and you don’t speak any Japanese expect a difficult time. That was least of my concerns anyhow, we arrived at 2pm as previously mentioned and we were told lunch had stopped service ‘due to too many people’ and I explained we will wait but they had completely closed and refused to let anyone else in until dinner service despite there being empty tables and a sign at the from saying it’s opened from 11:00-17:00. Yet it was closed at 2?. Anyhow looked good from the outside but was a waste of time traveling that far out to be refused service.More

This was my most anticipated food venue when coming to Japan and an influencing factor in deciding to stop off at osaka. I hate to say it but it was pretty disappointing. The selection of chicken was not great. There were no legs and no...hot wings in sight. The colonel's catch was not there either. The all you can drink beer is a nice touch but the restaurant service was lacking and it took me 10mins+ to get my first beer which reduced the value for money. However, the chicken on display was delicious as usual so I have to give it to them there. All in all, I'm glad to tick it off the 'KFC bucket' list but I couldn't really recommend unless you're a fan of the franchise.More

We went with the family including 2 young kids. If you enter the centre from the wrong entrance it is a walk around to find it. But once you do, the process to get a seat can be a little confusing, as there isn't any...English. Lucky for us google translate saved the night. Was happy with the variety, but the kids were disappointed there was no nuggets or potato and gravy like in Australia. But a good experience and worth the journey.More

Again most of the instructions in Japanese but they do know lot of people visit from overseas. There is a paper list outside the door where you have to put down number of people and you have to wait for your turn. Normally they will...tell you approx time. The shopping centre is big but KFC is just at the entrance. Once you get a table they note down the time and tell you how much time you can sit and enjoy the buffet about 90 minutes. You also get a metal bucket on your table to throw bones in. We were so confused as its not clear on websites where it was but easy to find from Shin Osaka just head for Expo City a local train will take you straight there.More
