We are new to the area and are eating out at many local places, concerned with the reviews that we read but so thankful we made our own decision to try Zia's Staff were very friendly, prompt service Steak special was fantastic, very tasty, presented...well and not expensive Quiet night, however COVID has been affecting most small business's Highly recommend this restaurant AND if local please support Try the Panna Cotta, delicious and a great finish to our main meal, so refreshingMore

Our party (of 8) arrived for dinner at 6 pm. It took a considerable time to have our orders taken for entree/ mains. Dessert was an absolute disaster - 6 desserts and one hot drink took over 40 min to appear - and then in...fits and starts . Panda cotta was so long in arriving , cancelled the order , paid the bill and left . Social distancing was no - existent !!!! I am all for supporting local businesses, but please , give me some service !More

We went as a family of eight for my daughter’s birthday. Very nice ambiance and decor. Ordered a number of garlic breads for starters and it was possibly the worst garlic bread I’ve ever had, tasted more like toasted bread and butter. Not good for...an Italian restaurant. If you order this, ask for extra garlic. Service is slow. I watched the table next to us complete their meal and new people arrive. They still had their main before us. That being said, we had seven different mains and they were very very nice. One of my guests cheffed at an Italian restaurant for a number of years and was pleased with the quality. Another guest has worked in restaurant kitchens, bakery and pizzerias also enjoyed the main. Serves are big, so bring your appetite. If you can put up with the wait, you won’t be disappointed. If they ever fix up the garlic bread and service, good luck trying to get in there as it also good value for money.More

Must say the food is delicious. Service not great. Went for dinner on a Saturday night. When we arrived, they had no recollection of our booking that we had made two hours earlier. Was seated and immediately asked if we would like some drinks (we...weren’t given a drinks menu) asked for one of these, and for some tap water. The waitress brought over a bottle of tap water, dropped it at the table and left (didn’t bring us drinking glasses). Another waitress came to take our order, we asked her for glasses and she promptly brought some over. Ordered the scallops for entree, they were beautiful. My fiancé ordered chicken parmigiana for main, and I ordered a gnocchi dish. He received his parmigiana and had just about finished it before I was able to flag down the waiter and ask where my dish was. He apologised and went to the kitchen to have a look, brought it over a couple of minutes later, apologising. Both the parmi and the gnocchi were absolutely delicious (go for the burnt butter gnocchi). I finished that and we went to the counter to pay. The waiter only charged us for an entree size gnocchi, to compensate for the delay. He was very apologetic. Next time I think we’ll just get takeaway from there.More

The food was very good probably 3/5. However no service throughout the entire restaurant. Patrons were unhappy. We went for our Wedding Anniversary as it had been recommended. It was Saturday the 7th December 2019 and I was disappointed. Table near us waited for 21/2...hours for their main course and were actually thinking of going to Hungry Jacks for dinner. Such a shame as the restaurant is quite beautiful inside but staff have no idea of service. It was clear though that Uber eats was the winner as they were going out thick and fast.More

We we're looking for somewhere local and this was just the place. Easy to find, park and seated, in no time at all. The staff we're accommodating as we had to change our table location. They weren't bothered at all. Very helpful. The food was...hot, tasty and the portions were amazing. So much so we ended up having to share a desert (Just because we needed to try the full menu!) as we were full. Very enjoyable - We'll be back.....!!More
