Sitting under a canopy with plane trees in the South of France. There are two fixed price menus €35.00 and €55.00.The starters consist of a variety of terrines and pates and pickled vegetables . There is then a choice of main courses. The Magret de Canard is fantastic!!!!. This is followed by a selection of desserts and cheeses. The starters... More

This is pure nostalgi. more traditional French cuisine is hard to find. When you have dinner there have a very light or no lunch because you get plenty of very good food. The interior is nothing but is also the charm. For only 55€ you get a whole menu and even a lot of more like the terrines, the dessert... More

Located in a small village not far from Saint Tropez, old house - Auberge - full of old time charm. There is a terrace where is possible to eat out side, if not, walking thought the kitchen and, bon appetit ! The menu is fixed - eat as much as you can and want - was really busy, went the... More

This was a 90 minute journey from Theoule Sur Mer but was so worth it. The restaurant is in an old garage, in a charming tiny village. No one speaks english. It is a set menu apart from the entree and main course. Be careful, come with a big appetite and don't make the mistake of ordering any of the... More

So the Auberge De la Mole. A bit difficult to get your head around at first as the starters consist of terrines of pate and pickles, no choice. This can be confusing to the Brits. They will do you a salad though as my Mrs is a veggie and always asks. The food is only ok, 30€ Sunday set menu... More

We visited following recommendations from colleagues in the UK and on line reviews so we had some idea what to expect. A very ordinary, simple auberge on the main road through the village. Very simple place settings and just a 55€ menu. This consists of 2 courses which you have about 5 choices and the other 3, large bowls and... More

As they were fully booked for the evening and it was for a birthday, we went for lunch, hoping it was as good as when we last went 10 years ago. And it was. It is an experience not to be missed. The food was excellent, especially the desserts, and the service top class. The wine list caters for all... More

I returned after 4 years. My children still remember this place. It is the real traditional French cuisine and the menue seems to be the same like 4 years ago. This time we sat outside and enjoyed excellent food
