Came on the recommendation of our b&b host at Chambres d'hotes 101st airborne. Large portions, great food and friendly service. Lovely evening.

Had a great dinner here. If you love meat, this is your kind of place. The small portion size of the entrecote is 250 grams and that comes with frites, baked potato and vegetables. One other patron order the 500 gram version, literally shouted "Holy Moley" and proceeded to work his way through it. We saw deserts being served and... More

Had a great lunch here. The portions are enormous and please do not be tempted to go for the larger steak. The 250 grams entrecôte is more than enough. It's cooked to perfection and served with delicious chips, baked potatoes and vegetables. In truth it's too much but enjoyable. Could not help partaking of the mouse au chocolate which is... More

Good food, and plenty of it. The restaurant itself is situated on Purple Heart Lane so has a historical context to it. No English menus, so if your French isn't up to much you may struggle.

Our "moules frites" were the best we'd tasted for years. The mussels were fresh and plump, the chips thin, golden and crisp. Portions were huge. The restaurant also does pizzas,... More

Not a bad option for dinner. Reasonable prices and menu options. Don't expect much English speaking going on - this is a local joint. Everyone is friendly.

We enjoyed the food at this restaurant but found the atmosphere a little strange. We stopped here for dinner twice during our time in Normandy (at about 7:00 pm), and both times we were the only customers in the place! The waiter didn't really speak much English and my French is quite rusty so it was a bit difficult figuring... More

What can I say that has not been said already. Excellent food very competitively priced served by very friendly staff. The portions are enormous so be warned. A great place. I love it.
