we were directed here for lunch by a local at the car rental agency when we arrived. We were a little unsure when we pulled in. Don't let the island rustic look send you away. It was DELICIOUS. Fresh flaky grouper. We had pan fried,...More

Today for lunch lunch we had coconut Grouper and cayman Grouper. To die for! The rice delicious and the most fresh bun. One of the best meals we had on the island. Going back for dinner!

Arriving in mid afternoon, we had our choice of tables and enjoyed the family style atmosphere of this authentic Caymanian takeout across the street from Old West Bay. Our meals were ready within 10 minutes, and brought to our sheltered picnic table with a smile....More

Heritage Kitchen is an awesome outdoor dining vibe right on 7 mile beach, and just far enough away from the cruise ship tourist madness. The food is amazing, the prices are reasonable, and I'd recommend to anyone traveling to Cayman. Just keep in mind, they're...More

We had a fantastic meal of the freshest fish you can get. Full meal including rice and veg, very filling. Loved the Cayman style, flavourful with just a bit of spice. Open air tables under the roof or under the trees overlooking the sea. Highly...More

You eat outside at picnic tables so it is very casual but directly on the ocean. The fish is very fresh and absolutely delicious. Served with rice, johnnycakes and a small salad at a very reasonable price!

I don't believe they do. You eat out on picnic tables after you order your food. It is very local cuisine and style.

Local Cayman food at it's very best. Recommended by all who have eaten there. Written up as the place to go to in the Cayman Islands by the New York Times.Heritage Kitchen lies snuggled next to Boggy Sands Road in West Bay, serving some of the best local food.Fresh fish fry, fritters and fish tea are some of the most popular dishes.Diners eat at wooden tables outside the tiny restaurant or can sit on the sea wall a few feet away and watch the waves. The restaurant is behind the Heritage shopping centre at the four-way stop.Open Wed/Thu until 8pm,Fri/Sat until 10 pm and Sunday until 8 pm which is our Barbeque Day!
