This small restaurant has the best food around town. The Fonda is set on what used to be an old traditional adobe house. The patio takes place of the dinning room. Pozole, enchiladas, and tacos de "guisados" are a must. It is a "cenaduria" (they...More

Not only a picturesque local restaurant, they also serve very traditional Mexican food with great taste. If you have foreign visitors in town, this is a good option. I recommend “pozole” and for dessert “arroz con leche” “jericalla” and try champurrado!

if you're looking for real Mexican tradition food... you find the right place. It has the taste of a homemade meal! and you'll find something you like. Mexican food can be a little bit greasy but you can also find something not so bad either.

Four of us went there on a Sunday morning. Did nod have to wait. Variety of egg styles and local dishes, we had pozole and birria (goat), along with freshly made beverages, all very good.
