I normally dont leave reviews even if the restaurant is horrible to be respectful of the experience; however, we had one of my worst experiences with this place. We arrived there at 18hrs and was told that they only take clients as first come first...serve basis and we needed to come back by 18.45 to be confirmed to be on the list. Just to make sure we were back by 18.40 and by that time, they told us that it will be a 2 hour wait time. We put our name on the list and then came back to check on our reservation 3 times during the 2 hour period. Each time we checked, they told us that it will be longer so we needed to check back with them in a few more mins. When we got there the last time around the 2 hour timeframe, the lady at the front rudely just told us that we have missed our chance and it is just too bad. Extremely rude and unprofessional, she did not attempt to even come up with alternative solutions to accommodate us. I have travelled the entire world and live in Brasil but have never experienced such a rude unprofessional behaviour. I hope others do not experience this type of behaviour in the future.More

This restaurant is wonderful, the service was great but the flavours from my choose was more that I was expected. I had cupim with mash potatoes and a special sauce, I had I glass of red wine, was an average one but the main dish...I can’t forget the taste. The price was good from the quality of the food. Guy congrats about it!More

During three weeks in Brasil this was the best meal we had. Super fresh sea food cooked to perfection with care. Do not miss when in Caraiva!
