This may seem like a waste of time as it outside of the French Quarter (but not too far - it is walkable). If you are Banksy fan, it is worthwhile. Don't go on a sunny day as the glare off the plastic protector doesn't make for great photos.
While visiting this beautiful city we rested at this cute little park. The people were friendly and we struck up a conversation with a sweet little Canadian girl about American politics. The little children seemed to enjoy it and the weather was beautiful. I enjoyed the park immensely.
This gem is located on a corner in a neighborhood in the Marigny District of New Orleans. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with warm smiles. The service is wonderful, the food is tasty and the atmosphere will make you feel right at home. A real treat!
Food is outstanding regardless of whether you’re looking for breakfast lunch dinner. All fresh made, we went for breakfast couldn’t decide what we wanted as all sounded lovely so ordered more than one, enjoyed it so much went back for lunch the next day. The place is small but does have some outdoor seating, neighbourhood is cute and it was...
This place was suggested to us and we were sooo happy we tried it out! THEY HAVE CALL AHEAD SEATING---use it! Its busy, but so worth it. The service is 5 star, price is good. Bring your appetite...the homemade biscuits are out of this world!!
Absolutely stunning hotel. They excel at comfort and service at Hotel Peter and Paul. One of the best parts of this experience for us was the knowledgeable staff--they were able to answer our questions about the best places to dine nearby and provided detailed directions and maps to anywhere we wanted to visit in the neighborhood and surroundings. In the...
The room was clean, the staff were wonderful. Normally I can’t sleep well, but I enjoyed very good sleep here. I found it a lovely restful spot away from the hustle and bustle of bourbon and Decatur streets. I’d stay there again!
We had the nice apartment suite with balcony over Frenchman street. The suite was very nice and the bed great.
The main thing to be aware of is that the there is a night club on the property where live music will be playing until late night (after 1 or 2 am) on weekends/Mardi Gras, so be prepared for that.
Great location on the edge of the French Quarter. Also very lively night life so if sleep is your main objective, not the place for you. We enjoyed it. Very limited parking but if no car, can walk to most of the French Quarter activities
