Wanted to visit as this was the setting (part of) for the Ghostbusters movie - showing my age!! The most beautiful building and reading rooms, some private, that are locked off. There's an old fashioned telephone booth as well, good photo opportunity! Kids (teens) were a bit bored but my husband and I love the interior and the architecture. Well...
Just like the west end in London, this are his amazing. You'd think it was daytime by all of the lights. Walking around from Times Square the atmosphere is brilliant. There are so many shows to choose from and plenty of ticket sellers (if you need them) around. As we were staying in the area anyway we visited both at...

"A fine place to see the landscaping of downtown Manhattan "
reviewed 4 days ago by Wanderer811223
Late posting, visited during June 2018.
Some say Rockefeller center is a good alternative to the Empire State Building, as many people have reviewed on TA or from YouTube. Honestly, there were many tourists but I must say the queue was moving swiftly once you’re in. You don’t really need to wait for too long.
Me being a first timer...
My partner and I went to this restaurant to have dinner and it was very good in general. The service was very kind and attentive, the food was delicious and the price not so bad to be in NYC. The local is nice, maybe the tables are too much near so yo don't have very much privacy.

We chose K Rico Steakhouse for our anniversary dinner whilst in New York. This was our first time together in the city and K Rico did not disappoint. We were looking for a restaurant with a good selection of steaks as my partner was determined to have one, what ever the cost! As a pescatarian myself, I had choices of...
Liberty Bagels was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We could have visited every day to try a new bagel. There was too much choice! I went for the 'Empire' Rainbow Bagel which was delicious - Fresh Carved Turkey, Coleslaw, Melted Swiss & Spicy Mustard.
Great little coffee shop! I’d definitely suggest Cappuccino (which is out of the world) but their other offerings look great too and reasonably priced. Tucked away in a quite residential street side but a short walk from the crossroads of the world!
Definitely the best place we have ever stayed in NYC. The location is perfect for staying near the Theater District. We found it very relaxing to return from a night at the theater and visit the lounge. We will return!
We stayed at the hotel in mid March 2020, just before NYC was locked down and just before all flights from the UK were cancelled. The city was very quiet and we had a very different, but very enjoyable time walking around Manhattan.
The hotel was everything we hoped it would be from the reviews we had read beforehand.
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the hotel. The F/O team and concierges were very helpful and accommodating, the gym was nice but small, it did have all the necessary equipment for a good work-out though.
We never actually tried the restaurant other than some bar snacks and breakfast but what we did have was good. The bar...
Gorgeously appointed rooms, immaculate hotel, and truly caring staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Miguel and Scott, thanks for taking care of our reservation change of the wonderful upgrade to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We will return for sure.
"Charming boutique hotel off Restaurant Row in Hell's Kitchen"
reviewed 3 weeks ago by danawgillespie
I love this charming little hotel. It is perfect if you want a place that is close to the Broadway district and Restaurant Row but don't want to stay right in the thick of things. It is quiet and on a charming side street. It reminds me of the smaller boutique hotels in Europe. No large scale amenities, but perfectly...
