In 1893, Ghiradelli had these buildings as a chocolate factory Thus the contined highlighting of Ghieradelli chocolate there today. The building has a very nice location with Bay Views. There is a collection of residences, restaurants and stores.

I went on a walk in the financial district of San Franicsco One of the buildings I visied was 700 Montgomery Street. This location is currently the law offices of the Aliotos, a major name in San Francisco circles. This is also a historic building.

The Belli Building is San Francisco Landmark number 9. It was built originally in1849 and was destroyed by fire in 1851. It was immediately rebuilt.
It was originally known as Langerman'sTobacco and Sugar Warehouse and then as the Melodeon Theater.

Anyone who appreciates architecture will enjoy a tour of this building built in 1911 as the Custom House. Currently several other federal agencies inhabit the building. Visitors should appear at the security desk and ask if a tour is available. The tour lasts about 45 minutes. The day I arrived I was the only person & and a personal tour....

When we got out of the Uber and saw a couple strip clubs in plain sight, I had second thoughts on the recommended north Beach Italian place.
