What a terrific green space in Chicago! Wade and splash in the Crown Fountain area. Hang on tight while you rock climb in Maggie Daley Park. Done climbing, head to the miniature golf or large area of playground. When it gets cold you can ice skate on the Ribbon in Maggie Daley Park. Don’t forget to take pictures with you...

"Cloud with view"
reviewed 1 week ago by marittaharff
I went there in March when the weather was surprisingly wonderful,- perfect blue sky, people in very good mood...before the corona outbreak. The Cloud Gate or 'the bean' how the locals call the sculpture is one of the places in the world which makes people smile. They all love to take a lot of pictures and the sculpture gives you...
The view from the top of Willis Tower is amazing. The best part is "The Ledge" on the top of the tower, but we had to wait 30 minutes. Reasonable price for ticket - not as expensive as Empire State Building for example.
We closed it down @ the 11th hour as the city shut down for COVID19; our server hustled to get our orders in - the last the kitchen was accepting - she was kind, efficient, welcoming. The food is so much better than years ago; the mahi tacos are excellent, ditto on the steak and sea bass. Bread basket ok...
"Best Donuts in the City, Sneaky-Good Drip Coffee"
reviewed 4 weeks ago by greglbunker
Do-Rite has the best old-fashioned donuts in the city. There's a large selection of both old-fashioned and cake donuts, and I've loved everything I've tried. The drip coffee is incredible. Highly Recommend.
Attentive service with a varied American food menu. Lots of choices. An excellent wine selection. Attractive interior. This restaurant seems to continue to improve during the past few years. I just wish the steaks were a little higher quality. Not inexpensive.
I have stayed in at the Langham Chicago twice before. The product is stunning and the level of cleanliness in the guest rooms is always very high. This last stay was during the tough beginning of restrictions around the virus. The hotel handled it very well and I had multiple requests due to continuous flight changes due to cancelleations. All...
I was very content with my stay. From the time I walked through the door to checkout. Room service was prompt and the view from our room was Chicago at its finest. Will definitely be back and stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were here over Thanksgiving, and it was the first Peninsula that we stayed. We were blown away by how nice it was and how good the service was. Rooms were very pretty. Location is great. I would definitely come back.
This is one of the coolest hotels in Chicago. Great location, great staff, awesome decore and ambiance throughout. It has a great feel between old and new and the front desk team were great. Thank you for the hospitality.
Perfect location. Walk to best restaurants. View of water. First Class
Wilber, Monica and Rachel made me feel that i was the only person in the Hotel.
I have stayed in Chicago before, but i would be lucky to never stay at any other place!
