Very intersesting variation on the traditional hot pot. The fish paste balls are among the niceceties. The "sauces bar", with a terrific choice of ingrdients to make a unique sauce is really great.
Although the restaurant was quite full (what is a good sign), we were bit unsatisfied. First of all - the foods were far from good cantonese standard. But very disappointing was the personnel which looked quite tired, not interested in their job and not helpful. So rather take some fast foods in nearby mall or hotel.
A Colleague & Myself booked ourselves into Radisson Blu - Hong Quan Hotel on 18th April 2019 because we were visiting Shanghai for a Vendor's Summit held at Hotel Renaissance - Putuo Hotel. The distance between our meeting & this Hotel was the main factor in choosing this Hotel.
The tariff we got for each room was around RMB 600...
