Have used this restaurant regularly for three years. Recent menu updates have brought the restaurant to the fore, the presentation of the food is outstanding, and the taste lives up to the visual promised. Serves all kinds of traditional village food, including Hunan, Sichuan, and Dongbei.

Hunan restaurants are extremely popular in China, It is always worthwhile to seek out restaurants used by Hunan people themselves. As far as I know, all Hunan people in Jinshan district of Shanghai prefer this restaurant above all others.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is a bit older and dated, but don't let this put you off. The executive rooms are of a high standard, especially compare to most other Chinese hotels.
