Arguably Seoul’s most famous neighbourhood and undoubtedly one of its most popular, Myeongdong takes shopping and eating to new heights, with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cafes all stacked on top of one another. The rise in popularity of Korean cosmetics, fashion, and more has made this area a must-see for visitors who come and marvel at Myeongdong’s often frenetic pace and energy. Lotte and Shinsaegae’s massive department stores are also popular draws for both Korean and luxury products. The department stores, just like Myeongdong’s streets, are crowded around the clock. Myeongdong’s many street food carts are also immensely popular for their inexpensive and quirky offerings (French-fry-encrusted corn dogs, anyone?). The neighbourhood’s popularity, as well as its close proximity to other popular sights and neighbourhoods, makes it one of Seoul’s most popular places to stay.
The view was really pretty at night while we were there as the the church was lighted up and the surroundings were illuminated with a field of LED roses. The church is located beside the myeongdong shopping street so it is convenient to drop by and have a quick tour before or after shopping.
Construction of this old building was commenced in 1907 but did not get completed until 1912 and was then occupied by the Bank of Chosun, later to become the Bank of Korea. It is now a museum and not open when visited but it had interesting architecture.
I have visited many cafe in the world, but this coffee shop's really stunning, it looks so amazing from outside to inside. Our coffee cup were really tasted with little ice, the waiter and barista was so friendly, expecially the barista's skill is wonderful. This is a great place to chill out. Loved it!

Was doing some random search for nice soupy food within Myeongdong and Migabon came out as one of the top few options here, so I decided to go up and give it a shot.
True enough, I was pleasantly surprised by how the porridge tasted! Really loved how generous they were with their ingredients, and their big servings! You know...
Room was large, very quiet, well equipped. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect and it was easy to get to all the sights (majority were in walking distance). The room was very well laid out with plenty of space. It was dark though as the building next door didn't leave much of a gap for natural light, however, there were...
