With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
Access by BTS sky train at Prompong station. This park is just next to Emorium Shopping mall.
It is a nice park, gate open at 05:00AM until 20:00(not sure for closing time)
There are playground for children, small kiosk to buy drinks and snacks.
Some areas for aerobic dance, skates, taichi group and etc.
It is a good place for...
Our experience was quite a disappointment. The website is not updated and has no clear message regarding the ticketing and entry. Take a long time in your hand if you are going to take taxi. The road is always having heavy traffic. We reach there at 7.05, and they didn’t allow us to enter as the ticketing time is over....
I recently returned to Goji for Sunday Brunch with a few friends to celebrate a birthday. I was curious to see whether my return visit would be as good as the last time and I can say with confidence that it was. The offering in terms of food and the competitive tiered drinks packages is still well ahead of comparative...
Small place not very fancy. Casual dressed customers.
Not on a main street.
Foot was nice. Had a steak and duck with foie gras. Was fine.
Starters were ok as well. Nice scallops and salmon tartar
If you want 5 star same old same old then look away now. This places oozes charm and character. Service is faultless and the owner knows his stuff. So the communal areas don't have AC, so what?? It was lovely to feel the breeze and it gave you a sense of actually being in a different culture. Not hermetically sealed...
Adelphi 49 is one of the best hotels I've stayed in Bangkok, at such an affordable price. Rooms are spacious with every amenity available, bathroom was huge with both a shower area as well as a nice tub, toilet seat was surprising high tech (like the kind you find in Japan), bed was comfy, curtains blocked every ray of light...
The pool is very beautiful, the nature is quiet, the outside is very busy, but this is different. Design is very good. To convey the uniqueness of Thai. In the service sector The staff is friendly, polite, smiling, good food, inexpensive, but very tasty.
It was an amazing experience staying at this property with good food and most of all the rooms are quite big which makes one feel welcomed and the staff is very helpful even if you don't know the local language the can help the customers with which places to visit in Bangkok if you're visiting for the First time!
If you are looking for a hotel that is new modern and Clean, you found it here. I hold cleanliness as one of the most important factors when choosing a hotel, and this was excellent for this reason. Recommended by a travel snob xx
