Home to at least a dozen hip coffee shops, sophisticated boutiques and some seriously fine restaurants, Ari is the newest epicentre of Bangkok cool. Fleeing from the skyrocketing rents in Thonglor and Ekamai, many young urbanites made Ari their new home. This mostly residential neighbourhood outside the city centre isn't much of a trendy area on first sight, but if you scratch the surface of government buildings and noodle shops, you'll find out that there's loads of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. Bring a local friend or do your research on beforehand to avoid missing out on all the fun.
Used Senai twice for transfers and found him to be very professional, the car was clean and he was professional all round.
He even had wifi in the car so I could use my UK phone, I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him.
Me and mY wife were in Bangkok for 5 days to attend a medical congress at the Shangri La hotel. We meet the tour company who set us up with three different tours on three different days.
All of which turned out to be Firat class:
1- river and canal tour and visit to the temple
2- day tour: train...
Ari Crossfit made me feel just right at home. After being away from home and my crossfit community, the people here integrated and welcomed me with open hands. The workout was tough but also managable if you are just a beginner. If you are a seasoned crossfiter, the instructors will push you and know how to have fun as well....
Top class spa! Beautiful surroundings, polite, professional, helpful staff, and the most fabulous massage I've ever had (I did relaxation massage and exfoliating facial). Masseuse was obviously very well trained and experienced. Lovely products. More expensive than most in Thailand but worth it if you want top class pampering.
This place is in a residential area so we took uber from BTS Aire. Do check their FB page for the time slots to interact with the huskies. Buy ticket at the entrance, go inside the cafe to select cake and drink. When it’s time, you are required to wash your hands and wear plastic over your footwear. No smell...
We came here for the meats but it turns out we like the lobster pasta more. We are serious beef eater but somehow we didn't like the steak here that much. The taste of the rest of the food we ordered were quite nice. The service is very attentive and good but they always tend to recommend the expensive menu....
I have dinner here on May 28th, 2017.
This restaurant location is a little bit hidden, its located in the corner of a building. So you need to see a gps / maps and search for "Kaizen" neon sign.
A small restaurant with a friendly staffs, but staffs mostly don't speak / understand English, so when I ordered / asked...
Apartment was well appointed and clean, but it was the excellent customer service that made this place awesome! Tukk Tukk always available, central to food market and BTS, we arrived 2:30am and was no problem!!! Cannot speak highly enough of our stay!
Easy access and easier for the taxi driver too!
Less than 5min walking distance to Sanam Pao station.
Room with nice view and quiet too.
Only one thing they short of: the toothbrush and toothpaste. It will be perfect if they could provide all the basic toiletries. Thanks!
Their 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and clean. Staff were most helpful and polite.
The stove and curtain need replacing and it could do better with a washer but overall although not new, the place had a homey feel.
Location is very convenient that you can walk thru a designated building to the BTS station and there are marts...
Each room in Reflections is decorated by a different artist - so you can choose between graffiti, warm yellow, angular, kitsch... our favourite was, somewhat surprisingly, the rice room! The hotel itself is also decorated with cheerful cartoon-kitsch. The location in the northern part of town was easy to reach by skytrain, and close to the very enjoyable Chatuchak (?)...
