"Worth the trip just to see it,,, but did not spend the 10e pp to go up"

The first time you see the Zixkov Tower,,Is like an Alien invasion, It is so space age, Plus the "Baby" Sculptures on the side are just weird.
We figured that just seeing it was worth the trek, So did not spend 10e going up, Figuring you are only going to see old buildings,,Not something futuristic.
Well worth getting the A...
So incredibly sad and beautiful. Walking through the synagogue with the lists of names and dates of all the Czech Jewish population that were slaughtered during the Holocaust, who have no graves was the most haunting, moving, heartbreaking thing I’ve ever experienced. Then moving onto the old cemetery which is strangely beautiful is definitely something a visit to Prague should...
"Church of the Sacred Heart of Lord - absolutely enchanting in simplicity."
reviewed 5 September 2019 by Florentin Adria... G
Most tourists visit this church just because it is on the route to the Zizkov Tower, but I tell you it deserves more attention. The church is built at the beginning of the 20th century, has the architecture inspired by Noah's Ark and has a huge clock at the entrance that you can't miss it. If you intend to visit...
Entrance is just across the street from the Zelivskeho subway stop. Yes, Kafka's gravesite is here, but I would recommend strolling around other parts of the cemetery first to get some context. You'll notice how many markers and memorials have dates of death between 1939 and 1945. And then think how many more graves there would have been if so...

Booked through Easyjet holidays which included flighta nd accommodation, drawn by the quiet location and also that the hotel had a sauna/ steam room.
Hotel was clean, and located short stroll from, Lipanska tram stop, only a few stops into town.
Breakfast was good in lovely surroundings of an old theatre hence the name of the hotel.
The only disappointment...
"Friendly hotel, easy to get into centre of Prague"
reviewed 27 January 2020 by cathandrichard12
Nice staff, comfy room, good breakfast. Easy to get into city centre on one bus (no. 207) and very frequent. They sell transport tickets in hotel. One point, with a world climate emergency, the use of a plastic wrapper to show the toilet was disinfected is unnecessary. Wasteful use of disposable practice, and a clean toilet is not a danger...
Very nice hotel. Clean, comfy, friendly and well located. Got it for a very good price and well worth the money. A little bit outside the city centre so nice and quiet at night, but very easy transport links into town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will return
The front desk staff here is nothing short of fabulous. (Thank you, Paloma!) Fast, friendly, efficient and helpful; expertly assisting guests who are cranky and brain dead from hours upon hours of travel. Our room was ready when we arrived and we were able to check in a little early (thank you, hardworking housekeeping staff!) and our room was clean,...
We visited The Victoria hotel in Prague in Feb 2020. Its a beautiful hotel with fantastic, kind, friendly staff.
My partner had a birthday while we were there and he received a lovely worded card, bottle of wine & big piece of chocolate cake in the room when we returned from a busy day site seeing. So kind!
