Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
Such a majestic structure with history and beauty all around you. We had a private tour of City Hall and learned things about this awesome place that we could not of found anywhere else. Very affordable and well worth seeing while in Stockholm.
This small church is located less than 10 minutes walk from the City Hall and may be worth a visit if you happen to be in the vicinity, but is probably not worth going out of your way. It's typically minimalist inside but the outside looks quite attractive.
To appreciate this little museum you need a special interest in custom operations. The museum features permanent exhibits on including customs history and customs operations in Stockholm, as well as temporary exhibitions.Tuesday-Wednesday 11-16

"A beautiful and interesting way to get around the whole Kungsholmen (approx 9km)!"

A very varied and pleasant walk that follows the entire coastline around the inner city area of Kungsholmen. There are usually plenty of people who saunter, walking, running, cycling, skateboarding, hoverboards or segways ... If you go all the varver around get Diu also see a lot of Stockholm's history - from City Hall to Karlberg Castle, the beautiful West...
Despite the fact that this is, by far, the best meat restaurant in Stockholm they do have a vegan dish or two. And those looked good too. Would have liked to try the chanterelle risotto but we were there for a steak and did we ever get great ones!
Two people eating dinner only, but the food was more than enough. On top, we had red rice beer and it suited the two dishes perfectly. We had chicken caramelissé Vietnamienne with fresh ginger and chili, served with garlic, braised in-season vegetables. Tender vegetables with all the right tastes and a solid 4 out of 5. So also with our...

Super super super friendly and sweet staff!
A great restaurant for all ages. I was having a dinner with my mom and at the same time there was a big family celebrating, several couples having a date night, friends gathering together and at least one business dinner too. This we got to know because of the lovely owner who chatted...
When you look at this place from the outside you would think it was empty. Inside however there is a great vibe. Personnel is nice and the food is delicious. Very good selection of charcuterie and cheeses.
I really like this hotel...nice and new like a shiny penny with friendly and knowledgable staff and great amenities like the Bjork Bar & Grill ( great and tasty meals). Like that I am close to the downtown core but not right in the middle of the chaos. The hotel seems to be in a leafy park filled residential neighbourhood....
Very good location 700 metres from metro station. Breakfast was very delicious. There were many kinds of ham and drinks. The Best experience was sauna, which is free of charge. The lobby looks modern and there is comfortable sofas. The Room was clean and the bathroom was big.
I had a friend visiting me in Stockholm so I booked this hotel for us. It's one metro stop from center, or 8 mins walk if the weather is good. We loved the breakfast! They served freshly cooked omelette. The lobby had very good vibes and I felt that we wouldn't feel bored even if we just wanted to sit...
Spent two nights in a standard double-room. Bed ok, pillows ok. Quiet and good temperature. However, in the bathroom there was no shampoo and no conditioner, no extras. I had forgotten to bring a hairbrush so asked for that in the reception but they could not help me. Instead asked me to visit a nearby shop. The breakfast was one...
I usually go there when I am in Stockholm. The hotel is in a good area, you're quick in the city center. There is a bakery around the corner for a great breakfast and some really tasty restaurants in the area.
