I had a quick look at this pretty Orthodox church whilst wandering around the Plaka in Athens. It's a nice little church, although nowhere nearly as ancient as some of the more famous ones. A quick look should be sufficient.
If you make art, dont sell anything, buy two old buildings and renovate them, you will have your own museum of art. If marble is your life. Interesting story! The museum is tiny but worth visiting. Nice wiews from the rooftop terrace. Also nice sculptures. Free entrance for teachers.

Arrived here at 8.30pm on Friday evening and got one of the last outdoor tables. Set on a little street with bustling atmosphere.
Staff were extremely welcoming and food delicious. Especially enjoyed the grilled halloumi and vegetables. The free desert of brownie with caramel ice cream and the free shot were much appreciated!
"It’s an inn, not a hotel. Nice, friendly, well-located, good breakfasts."

Landed here from California and it was a good choice.
This is basically a restaurant with some nice rooms above it. An inn, not a hotel. Location is first-rate. Easy walk to major thing you’re gonna see. Breakfast is great. WiFi fast, shower mostly, hot, bed firm, towels and robes plush, room quiet in a neighborhood that isn’t always.
What made my stay even more exciting was that the beds are soooo freaking comfortable, the view of the city with the Parthenon on the right side was just what I was aiming for. Staff were so helpful !!!!
We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is perfectly located, 2 minutes walk from Monastiraki Square. Direct metro in 40 minutes from the airport.
Very welcoming staff, basic but clean rooms, great value for the price. Great views over the city from the rooftop bar which isn't expensive either.
Most major sites are within walking distance and there are lots of...
The apartment is located in the heart of Athens historic centre buzzing with cafes, bars, restaurants and little antique shops, but just enough off the beaten track to guarantee a quiet night. The apartment was spotless, provided with high quality towels and bedding with little welcoming gestures of sweets and herbal teas and big enough to accommodate a small family...
Our room was small but had every amenity we needed. For breakfast included it was a really good breakfast. Restaurants, shopping and attractions all within walking distance and a really cute neighborhood down the street. Not on a busy street and QUIET!
