Having an interest in old railways this was on my list and I finally got round to it. The museum has some well preserved 19th century locos and carriages with some information plaques in English, French and German besides Greek. It is a shame they do not have any 20th century locos etc.

Very friendly driver who likes to engage in a conversation. Knows English which is a major pluspoint for tourists. Very proud of his hometown and will happely show you the 'canal' should you cross it.

A very old traditional Greek tavern with excellent greek executed recipes, cooked or grilled. Don't hesitate to order and try as many dishes you like, taking in mind that the average cost per person is usually less than 15€, not included drinks.

Super rude receptionists, they never smile (3/4) and always look annoyed when u ask them for something, as if you are bothering them. No airco in my room, balcony but with a pointless view on other inside appartments. Walls really thin, i could hear my neighbour snorling. Room and lobby phones didnt work for outside calls.
