"Is it Beautiful?....."
reviewed 31 October 2019 by Solodam J
The ornamental concrete artwork 'Verticale compositie' is located in the middle of Valeriusplein, a green square in the south part of Amsterdam. It's a well made creation but is it beautiful?, that's the question.
Franz was helpful and flexible in planning our trip to this beautiful country. Great hotels. Unfortunately we tested him to the limit as we both got heat stroke in September! (Feeble Brits). Franz was a life saver in arranging a taxi for my dizzy, sick husband and then modifying our trip so that we still had a wonderful time, but...
We rented five bikes for one day.
It is necessary to give a fund, which they give us back after receiving the bikes.
They have a lock, so you can leave it wherever you want as in Amsterdam there are no problems with thieves ;)

"Best lunch in Amsterdam"

Very, very tasty food and nice drinks. The staff is very kind, friendly and communicative. The place is very easy to find. I would love to see the garden in the summer, because it looks amazing. Don't miss the opportunity to see the Hermitage next to the restaurant. Enjoy the food and your time in heaven 😂❤️
We took the rice table for three. With drinks it was 135€ all together. It was really good, we liked all the different foods. Some were quite spicy but everything was great. Service was also good. I would definitely go there again!!
We luckily got to experience the open mic night on Mondays as well as the food. The entertainment was good, the food was very tasty and there were more signature cocktails than I could count. Would highly recommend, staff were also great
The fist time I went there it was on Friday night and I had no reservation. I arrived there and after 5 min of waiting finally the Hostess talked to me and asked me if I had a reservation I told her I didn't and she basically laughed at me. This was a very recommend place so I decided to...
My us and and I met another couple to explore Amsterdam together. The hotel was a great choice because the location is tranquil but super convenient for exploring museums, historical center, shops and restaurants, and of course the beiautful park. rooms were pretty small but very well-appointed and beds were very comfy. overall design was nice though they could do...
Lovely hotel. Good standard for a 3 star, was better than expected. Stayed in a superior room (room 1) which was well worth the extra money it was a large room with a little balcony. Room had a large comfortable bed, staff were very friendly.
Breakfast wasn't anything special but fair for €10.
Easy team journey into the centre.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The en-suites were lovely. The breakfast was adequate - nothing fancy but a good selection. The hotel was really great value for what we paid. The area is lovely - great bars and restaurants nearby and the tram stop is about a 5 minute...
Simple hotel with limited amenities for a fair price. Friendly front desk staff, rooms small and very steep stairs. Very close to the park and public transportation right outside the door. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
We stayed only 2 days with my wife at this hotel. The hotel was in a beautiful location. You can go all touristic areas by walking or tram #2. Its almost inside of the voldelpark.
Decorations, lobby, living areas, garden was great. Room and bathroom are a bit small but enough for 2 people.
Friendly and helpful reception staff throughout...
