Het Sieraad (Jewelry) is a five sided building housing a technical school, started its life as the "fourth tradeschool" having been renamed to Sieraad in 2007. The building was richly decorated with artwork by city sculptor Hildo Krop. Many interesting facets. Nice sight.

We had a fantastic experience. The service was quick, friendly and the food delicious. We chose 6 courses and that was just right. Also a diverse wine menu with specials like orange wine. We will go back!!!!

This great spot sits beside a canal and the tram line #19 and is within a short walk to the Ten Kate Market. Jen and I stop here for coffee or the ‘quick breakfast’. It’s a busy spot but with lots of space and great service.
This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. We were not disappointed. Really tasty food, great service and surprisingly great white lebanese wine. We were lucky and got the seat by the window (we came early hoping that we could get that seat!).

Nice hotel on a quiet Amsterdam street.
The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and provisions for tea and coffee within the room. The breakfast is offered in coordination with adjacent cafe (which is expensive).
