I regularly walk the stretch of the via Flaminia from Acquasparta in Umbria up to the Ponte Fonnaia near Massa Montana. It's only about 3 miles each way but the walk is parallel to the Martani mountains which are beautiful. The walk does come to an abrupt halt where the river Naia crosses it as there is no bridge unfortunately....
This is a large walkway alongside the Tiber River, which can be utilized for jogging, running, walking, biking, or just sitting and relaxing.
The boulevard is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle, which is Rome.
I've been to this cozy neighborhood restaurant many times so far, I can say that they are always keeping their consistency, in sense of dishes and their hospitality. The menu is changing bits by bits by season. the good part is: it's not large menu, five of each courses (antipasti, primi and secondi), which is guaranteeing its freshness. But they...

"The kingdom of “baccalà” (salt cured cod)"
reviewed 3 February 2020 by Fabrimaggi
Baccalà is an old and well established staple of Roman cuisine but these people have revisited, modernized and gentrified this od popular ingredient. Nice looking setup, very good food (especially baccalà,of course) and very good wine lists. Very honest price considering quality, service and location
Stayed here for one night as we were traveling through Rome. It’s a nice place that is kind of far from the center though there is cheap public transportation to Piazza Popolo (close to city center). The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. Lots of cute shops around. The room is well sized and the bathroom is very nice -...
An ok place for a business stay over. Hotel is clean and breakfast was pretty ok. A big minus for the gym hours - opens 9am... obviously not intended for business travelers. Lock on hotel room door was not possible to lock from the inside and no chain either
We stayed at this hotel before starting our cosmos tour, because it was far more affordable than the tour operator's hotel. As it turned out, this was a far superior hotel and location, by comparison!
The rooms are huge, come with a kitchen, and are VERY comfortable! The location is not close to the "action" of the central part of...
I booked 2 rooms the 13th January 2020. I paid as requested from the property the day of my booking. Few weeks later I received an email from Booking.com telling me my booking was canceled. What? No motivation from them, I tried to call 10000 times no answers, emails no answers. I called Booking.com customer service and apparently they canceled...
