"The Best restaurant in Pozuelo! "
reviewed 11 August 2018 by traveltheworldmon
The service is impecable, the waiters seem like they’re the owners of the place. We feel so well taken care of. They have constantly new things on the menu, that are mind blowing! I am so obsessed with this place. Worth every cent! Highly, highly recommend it. High quality food, service and atmosphere.

Do not let yourself be fooled by the nice setting and many waiters
Food is disgusting and expensive
You’d even think the tuna was canned and potatoes frozen and that their supposedly cheesecake had gone sour
The wait was very long for a painful supper
Avoid at all cost
My wife and I are locals and chose this restaurant for our “date night”. We knew it was expensive, but figured we would have an extraordinary experience. For our main plate I ordered the monk fish with Bilbaína sauce....it was great!
My wife ordered a meat dish; “escalopines” and it was horrible. It was basically a fried round steak in...
Nice place to taste many kind of different spanish wines at very competitive price.
Ir is also a good place to dinner and afterwork.
Ir you like wine, you can taste Tarima Hill from Alicante, AN/2 from Mallorca, Licinia from Madrid or Finca Moncloa from Cádiz, very good wines, from no traditional and well know winnnery areas in Spain, but...
The hotel is nice, rooms are big and well equipped. The problem is cleanliness, i found the bathroom (especially toilet) not properly cleaned, and basket full.
Also, the key card got demagnetized twice in a day...
Maybe i was not lucky, but i got disappointed.
Staff is nice and efficient anyway.
"A fine swimming pool was closed for the duration of my stay not opening until Jun 17 otherwise my rating would be exc."

I found all of the staff to be very professional, friendly and helpful at all times of the day or night and nothing was a bother or a problem to them as they were all very accommodating indeed. Special mention to Carra at reception who was a lovely lady in every sense of the word but as my mobile phone...
"OK - basic business hotel with bathrooms that are a bit dated. Avoid room by the motorway"
reviewed 14 August 2019 by adamweb22
I stayed here for 2 nights in June. The bathrooms were a bit dated. The location is a bit out of the way, and it's certainly not somewhere to stay if you wanted to be in the centre of Madrid.
That said, breakfast was ok. My room was clean. Wifi worked well.
Traffic noise was a bit bothersome. Try to...
"Clean and Friendly Hotel but with Some Weaknesses"
reviewed 22 June 2007 by sautillo
This hotel is full of friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable. But here are some observations. The hotel restaurant does not open in the evenings until 8:00 PM. There are no English-language newspapers available in the hotel. The staff are very friendly. Not everyone is proficient at English. But everyone does try hard. This hotel is for the Spanish, not...
I stayed here for four nights on business. Where do I begin?
1) Check in was horrendous, I arrived on a Sunday after a long flight only to find out I still needed to wait an additional half an hour for my room even though my early check in had been previously guaranteed.
2) The room had two single beds...
