If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
The Churchill War Rooms were mentioned by a few of my history loving friends as I was preparing my trip to London. My knowledge of Churchill was limited to his role in WWII, which was my main motivation for visiting this museum, but I was very happy to discover a retrospective of his life that lead to his role as...
"A guided tour is a MUST the next time you're in London"

While an odd time to be posting this belated review (in light of COVID-19), the next time you're in London, run, don't walk, to join a guided tour of the UK Parliament. Notwithstanding the beauty of this building, I had low expectations of an hour and a half tour through 750+ years of British bicameral history. It turned out to...
Incredibly easy to use for a first time user of the underground from out of London, never waiting longer than a few minutes for a tube. The overground service came in handy for visiting Abbey Road too, excellent!
I held a business event here for around 40 persons. We were taken care of by Jean-Baptiste who was very welcoming and friendly. The group had a fantastic evening, lots of lovely food (fois gras is amazing) and the wine selection is top notch. I will for sure be returning. Thank you to all the team it was fab

Thank You all for 2 days (3 & 4 March 2020) in the Vincentrooms restaurants: Brasserie and Escoffiere.
In the Brasserie the atmosphere was informal and the dishes very tasty and well presented. During this very enjoyable dinner, we decided that this was so great that we had to book a table and get the pleasure of experiencing the Escoffiere...
We love an old school traditional cafe and stumbled across Regency Cafe when we recently visited Pimlico on a trip to London. The food is what you would expect, good home cooking, nice comfort foods and reasonably priced.
Brilliant afternoon, the staff were very friendly and attentive. We went with the Jasmin afternoon tea and it was delicious. We were given a wide range of teas and also told we could swap it out for coffee or hot chocolate too. Before starting our sweets they asked if we wanted anymore sandwiches which was a lovely touch considering everything...
If you want to go somewhere special and really be looked after, there's nowhere better to go. It's like staying in your own personal palace full of lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble and it's a little secret so great we don't really want to tell you about it.

Outstanding service in comfortable accommodations in a central location.
Outstanding service is provided by all staff members at the Taj51, in particular by the Concierge. The accommodations are very spacious and comfortable, and include both a (small) kitchen and a laundry which are very convenient to have. The breakfasts are cooked to order and very enjoyable. Finally, the property is...
The location is perfect, fairy close the Buckingham Palace. The staff who work at the Goring could not do more to try to make us feel welcomed. Very gentle and caring doorman. Spacious room. Love the food there, especially the breakfast and afternoon tea
Our stay at The Resident Victoria was incredible. From the warm greeting we received from Aaron the moment we walked in the door to the final wave goodbye, we were thoroughly pleased and impressed by everything we experienced.
Best parts: rain showers with great water pressure, complimentary cocktail hour with snacks every evening, great local recommendations from the staff, lots...
