"Gringos beware" I took out $200 on 2nd floor with passport photo on phone and driving licence. They put your money on card and you can only spend on floor you have card ie red,black.....so you need different cards on each floor.
On top floor head manager "Claudia" would not let me use card as I didn't have physical passport...
As an American/USA in Mexico City, this place reminded me of a Denny's or IHOP. Which at the time, was a good thing as I was longing for a stack of pancakes. I was not disappointed and would recommend them.
If you are around Insurgentes Mixcoac and you want to try something with a different touch, this is the place to go. This small place offers Venezuelan arepas. It is cosy, good value for money, well-served, and staff are always friendly. One arepa is enough for lunch and you will love them.
It is a very small and simple place. When you enter the venue the first thing you notice is the scent of the wood-fired pizza oven. Pizzas and calzones are crunchy and great. The venue is not fancy at all.
