We visited in the last week of November 5nights with kids the property is very clean and the pools are well kept with lifeguards present the beach is rocky but we took the kayaks from the hotel and paddled to the island I think a couple of 100mts away .(very safe with emmanuel)…

Dear Mustafa, it was a real pleasure having you and your family stay with us at Medina Palms. Thank you for sharing your comments & suggestions. Very much appreciated. We have taken note of the same and are working at improving our breakfast pastries and I will look into the costing of mocktails vs cocktails. We do use freshly squeezed fruits for all our mocktails and this does increase the cost, compared to 'packaged' fruit juices. I hope the result is rewarding, however we may tweak the pricing to make for a slightly bigger difference between the two. Thank you for your other lovely comments, we are constantly working at our service training and F&B menus and options. Am glad that we succeeded in making your holiday as relaxing and nurturing as possible. Warm regards from a sunny and beautiful Watamu.
