Authentic and very good value
Amazing experience of authentic dim sum at the New Hing Lung. Packed out with locals eating well and very cheaply. $3 a dish. Lively atmosphere. Avoid the haslet though which was lungs and tripe. Pork buns are great. Not for vegetarians. Great fun and worth a try.
