It is true the hotel is in need of some refurbishment, which is why we are carrying out a project in which many areas of the hotel are being refurbished, as you noticed. There is a policy forbidding to reserve loungers but still some customers do not obey. Thanks a lot for your honest opinion, it is the one that enable our daily improvement.
