I have so much enjoyed reading all your comments. We get so many compliments on our staff every day and I am so proud of it! Yes, I fully agree with you: Celia is awesome, have already passed your nice words onto her. Thank you very much for all your praises, your opinion is very important to us, and you have our commitment, from both the hotel management and all the staff, that your comments will be used to improve our services and make sure that all of our customers have a pleasant stay with us. It is true the hotel is in need of some refurbishment, which is why we are carrying out a project in which many areas of the hotel are being refurbished, as you noticed. There is a policy forbidding to reserve loungers but still some customers do not obey. Thanks a lot for your honest opinion, it is the one that enable our daily improvement. We are already looking forward to welcome you back in the near future so please, whenever you need a relaxing vacation just drop us a note with your requests, as we will be delighted in looking after them.
