Hi Elizaveta Thank you for your review of Ezulwini Lodges. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at River Lodge. After investigating your comments we have found that your reservation was booked and confirmed on the 26th July 2015 for Ezulwini River Lodge. Billy's Lodge had been fully booked for many months before the dates of your stay and our real time availability booking system precludes us from overbooking our rooms, therefore we only had accommodation available at River Lodge when your booking was made. However, we have discovered that the site you booked through only sends guests the travel directions to Ezulwini Billy's Lodge and not Ezulwini River Lodge which is the lodge you were booked at, this is how the error came about. I have requested that the booking website write to you to confirm this situation, and I will be happy to send you a copy of your River Lodge booking confirmation received by us. We are grateful that you have brought this to our attention and we will ensure that our guests receive the correct lodge and travel directions from this website in future. (Including mentioning the Olifants West Gate of the Balule) I would also like to advise you that I wrote to the gentleman who made your booking on two separate occasions asking for information on how you would be travelling to, and your approximate time of arrival at, River Lodge so as to avoid any problems which might occur if guests are self-driving, unfortunately he did not reply to me. I am sorry to hear that you found the Ranger and Tracker unfriendly, I can assure you that our guests usually really enjoy their game drives with Richard and Frans, who take their tracking duties very seriously and delight in sharing all of the amazing flora and fauna including the Big5, they have received many wonderful reviews. I hope this has clarified the check in problem for you, and we have explained that this was not an error made by Ezulwini staff or management, nor an overbooking situation on our part.
