I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our tribute to Mexican cuisine, Javier’s, and were also able to indulge in our Crystals Shopping District. However, I want to apologize that we did not meet your expectations and am disappointed to know that you did not experience the high quality standards and service we are known for. It is concerning to hear that we fell short in several areas of your stay. Please know that we have been open for over five years and are taking a proactive approach of refinishing all of our guestrooms and guestroom corridors. This exciting refresh project is currently underway with many floors already completed. I want to apologize for some of the wear and tear you encountered in your hallway, as well as for some of your light fixtures being out. Additionally, thank you for your feedback regarding mobile check-in and our incidental policy. Your comments are greatly appreciated and well received.
