We apologize for the noise issues in your first room and are glad that once you moved, everything was much better for you. Our resort offers a wide range of experiences for our guests from the fun and vibrant main pool area to a more tranquil oasis at the spa pool. It all depends upon what you are looking for. We do hope that our restaurants also provide the same variety for different tastes; however, if they were not able to appeal to your palate, then we do apologize and will indeed share this with our Director of Food and Beverage. We appreciate your feedback about our indoor pool and your review has already been passed along to our maintenance team as this is clearly an oversight which needs to be remedied as soon as possible.
