    “Wonderfully crafted modern Tapas”

    In this ecclectic Phillip Stark designed restaurant, Chef José Andres really shows all his talent and creativity. Both sides of the menu ( traditionnal and modern) is nothing shot of amazing. How can you not be amazed with Liquid olives, cotton candy foie gras and Wagyu beef on air bread. And being taken to a different dinning room for dessert... More
